Josh Feinberg
Josh Feinberg serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, responsible for shaping and delivering ABM’s strategic vision, as well as leading the company’s information technology, innovation, workforce management, data and analytics, and transformation organizations.
Josh also serves as ABM’s Head of Parking & Transportation, where he is responsible for the overall operational performance, growth and profitability of the company’s Business & Industry commercial parking and Aviation landside parking and shuttle business – one of the largest parking solutions providers in the U.S.
With a laser focus on long-term value creation and strengthening ABM’s industry leadership position, Josh leads the company’s multiyear ELEVATE strategy to enhance the client and team member experience through technology and data, the ABM Next innovation program, and ABM Ventures corporate venture capital program, designed to bring leading-edge innovation to scale and deliver emerging solutions to ABM clients.
Josh also serves as President of the Cleaning Coalition of America, founded in 2020 by ABM and several of the nation’s leading facility services companies to advocate on behalf of professional cleaners and to shape healthy workplace policy.
Prior to joining ABM in 2019, Josh was a Managing Director & Partner with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on the North American Leadership Team leading the BCG Services and Transform Sectors. Throughout his more than 12 years with BCG, Josh provided counsel to over 30 service companies across all business aspects including strategy, revenue management, operating model optimization, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and M&A. Prior to BCG, Josh co-founded a healthcare services firm.
He has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
